ZURICH (Thomson Financial) - Amgen Inc said a US federal court has ruled that Roche Holdings AG's rival product infringes one of the US group's anaemia drug patents.According to the ruling, Roche's pegylated-erythropoietin ('peg-EPO') product will infringe Amgen's EPO pharmaceutical composition patent number 5,955,422, the group said.A further dispute relating to Roche's potential infringement of patents covering Amgen's anaemia drugs will be resumed in US courts on Sept 4.johanna.treeck@thomson.comjmt/lceCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
