Eiffage buys Belgian electricity infrastructure group Collignon - report

BRUSSELS (AFX) - French construction group Eiffage has taken over Belgian electricity infrastructure group Collignon through its Belgian Forclum Soficom unit, financial daily De Tijd reported.

Eiffage declined to comment on the report.

Collignon comprises 7 units and generated 57 mln eur turnover and an operational result of 1.6 mln for 2005, business daily L'Echo added in a later report.
