Design Within Reach gets extension

SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - Design Within Reach, Inc., a home-furnishings retailer, said Monday it received an extension from Nasdaq to file its quarterly report for the period ending Sept. 30.

Design Within Reach now has until Feb. 20 to file. If it misses that deadline, Nasdaq will delist the stock.

Nasdaq warned Design Within Reach in November it faced delisting if it did not file the report.

The company has delayed filed the report while it attempts to reconcile difference between its accrued inventory sub-ledger and general ledger.
