FAIRFAX, Va. (AFX) - ManTech International Corp., which provides information technology services to government agencies, on Monday said it received a contract from the Navy worth up to $39 million.The performance-based contract is for one year and includes four options years.The contract calls for ManTech to perform tasks such as knowledge management, software development, systems engineering, test and evaluation, integrated logistic support, training and management services. ManTech said it would perform the work at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland.The contract is part of a Navy program that uses flight data on aircrew and aircraft performance to improve training, operational readiness and safety.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
