MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Indian commercial vehicle maker Ashok Leyland Ltd said it has signed a cooperation agreement with Nissan Motor Co Ltd to manufacture and sell light commercial vehicles and power trains in India.In a filing to the National Stock Exchange, it said the two companies anticipate an investment of about 500 mln usd to create three joint venture companies -- vehicle manufacturing, power train manufacturing and technology development -- in India.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comyos/man/jlwCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
