Tele2 Croatia signs national roaming agreement with T-Mobile

STOCKHOLM (Thomson Financial) - Tele2 AB said that Tele2 Croatia has signed a national roaming agreement for access to Deutsche Telekom unit T-Mobile's mobile network.

Today Tele2 has a national roaming agreement with Telekom Austria-owned VIPnet, which expires May 31, 2008.

Tele2 said that the new agreement with T-Mobile, which includes seamless handover, enables Tele2 to continue to provide services for the whole Croatian market, meanwhile finalizing the rollout of its own network infrastructure.

Today Tele2 is the third largest telecom operator in Croatia with approximately 500,000 mobile customers.
