Bollore ups stake in Vallourec voting rights to 6.51 pct |

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French investment holding company Bollore has raised its voting stake in precision steel pipe maker Vallourec to 6.51 pct, Bollore said.The increase in Bollore's voting stake was made thanks to its receiving double voting rights on some of the shares it held in Vallourec, the company said.Bollore's share of Vallourec's share capital remains 3.97 pct, the company added.greg.keller@thomson.comgk1/rwCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
