REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. (AP) - Database and software maker Oracle Corp. said Thursday the antitrust review period for its acquisition of Hyperion Solutions Corp. has expired, potentially clearing the way for the deal to close.The company said outstanding conditions on the $3.3 billion transaction -- announced earlier this month -- are scheduled to expire by April 12. These include the expiration of regulatory waiting periods in other jurisdictions.Oracle's tender offer had been set to expire on April 6, but was extended to April 13 to conform to the length of the remaining waiting periods.As of March 28, 285,000 Hyperion shares had been tendered.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
