WASHINGTON (AP) - Federal antitrust regulators have approved Danaher Corp.'s $435 million purchase of ChemTreat Inc., which provides water treatment products and services.The government has completed its review and approved the transaction without conditions, according to a Federal Trade Commission notice issued Friday.Danaher, which makes medical and industrial instruments, said when announcing the transaction in May that it expects the deal to add modestly to 2008 earnings.Glen Allen, Va.-based ChemTreat had over $200 million in revenue in its most recent fiscal year, Danaher said.
