WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. Air Force on Friday awarded a $248.4 million contract boost to a unit of Boeing Co. for services on the C-17 aircraft fleet.Boeing subsidiary McDonnell Douglas Corp. will provide engines and material for the C-17 aircraft, a strategic airlift.
