HOUSTON (AP) - American International Industries Inc., a diverse holding company, said Thursday its subsidiary Northeastern Plastics Inc. has been selected as a vendor for a line of products to be sold in Target Corp. stores.Target will sell a line of LED night lights, LED replacement night light bulbs and LED tap lights manufactured by Northeastern Plastics, a supplier of automotive aftermarket products and consumer durable goods.The products will begin selling in all 1,600 Target stores in March 2008.Shares of American International Industries rose 30 cents, or 5.7 percent, to $5.55 in afternoon trading.
