LONDON (AFX) - WPP Group PLC said its unit GroupM has acquired Reddion BV, a Dutch digital media and electronic company to develop its networks and strengthen its capabilities in digital media.Reddion had a turnover of 2.2 mln eur for the year ended Dec 31 2005, with gross assets at the same date of 3.4 mln.In a separate statement, the company said WPP Digital has acquired a 2.5 pct stake in mobile search and advertising company JumpTap Inc.No financial details were disclosed.newsdesk@afxnews.comash/tsm/slmCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
