Sabre Holdings declares dividend

SOUTHLAKE, Texas (AFX) - Sabre Holdings Corp. on Tuesday said its board declared a dividend of 13 cents per share.

The Southlake, Texas-based company will pay the dividend March 5 to shareholders of record Feb. 16.

Sabre Holdings is being acquired by Silver Lake Partners and Texas Pacific Group under a $32.75-per-share offer announced in December. That transaction is expected to be finalized early in the second quarter, Sabre said.
