SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AFX) - Interwoven Inc., which makes data management software, on Tuesday said it has started a voluntary review of its historical stock option grant procedures.The company initiated the review, which is being supervised by its board's audit committee with the assistance of independent counsel.At least 199 companies have disclosed government or internal investigations of their stock options practices, according to an Associated Press review.On Thursday, Interwoven plans to hold a conference call to announce fourth-quarter and 2006 results, but because of the stock option review, the company will provide only selected financial information.Shares of Interwoven gained 6 cents to end at $15.91 on the Nasdaq.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
