Pernod Ricard Q1 organic sales growth jumps 11.6 pct; confirms FY guidance |

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Pernod Ricard said organic sales growth accelerated to 11.6 pct in the first quarter, helped by good growth in all regions and undemanding year-earlier comparisons.Total sales reached 1.557 bln eur, up 6.9 pct from 1.457 bln a year earlier.The figure was ahead of estimates given by brokers, who were expecting quarterly sales of 1.494-1.528 bln eur.
