KPN plans sale of 300 mln eur in real estate

AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - Royal KPN NV said it is considering selling about 300 mln eur in real estate from its top portfolio in the first half of next year.

In the third quarter, KPN closed the sale of its premises on the Coolsingel in Rotterdam, resulting in 42 mln eur of proceeds and a 30 mln book gain.
