LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Murchison United NL said drill results from its Maroochydore copper project joint venture in Western Australia show continuity of mineralisation within the small area drilled, with copper grades in line with expectations. The results are from the 7 drill holes of a planned program comprising 13 RC drill holes for a total of 1,500 metres. The mineral exploration company said it could not complete the planned drilling program due to the limited availability of the drill rig and drilling difficulties due to water inflow. The company said it will complete the remaining 6 holes using a larger capacity RC drill rig when one becomes available.TFN.newsdesk@thomson.comypv/jagCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
