WASHINGTON (AP) - The president of Merck & Co.'s Merck Manufacturing Division sold 2,350 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed Monday with the SEC, Willie Deese reported sold the shares Friday for $57.35 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
