FALLON, Nev. (AP) - Keven Todd has joined the Lahontan Valley News and Fallon Eagle-Standard as its publisher, bringing 28 years of newspaper experience to the publication.Todd, 49, a native of Texas, most recently worked as sales manager at the Myrtle Beach Sun News in South Carolina. He also has worked in sales management at the Dallas Morning News and Louisville (Ky.) Courier-Journal, as well as in the trade publication industry.He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Texas Christian University.He and his wife, Jarda, have three adult daughters.Todd succeeds former Publisher Rick Swart, who left Fallon in July to accept a publishing position in Scappoose, Ore.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
