Williams Partners estimates financial impact of gas plant fire |

SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Williams Partners L.P. Friday released its preliminary estimate of the total financial effect of a Nov. 28 fire at its Ignacio natural gas processing plant.The Tulsa, Okla.-based natural gas industry master limited partnership said it expects cash flows to drop by between $10 million and $20 million, primarily in the fourth quarter.
