NEW YORK (AP) - A senior vice president of financial software company Intuit Inc. exercised options for 30,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC on Wednesday, Peter Karpas reported he exercised options for the shares Wednesday at $18.06 apiece, and then sold them the same day for $30 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
