Woodward Governor to recommend 2-for-1 stock split

SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Woodward Governor Co. said late Friday it will recommend a 2-for-1 stock split and an increase in the number of authorized shares at its Jan. 23 annual meeting.

Shares of the Fort Collins, Colo.-based provider of industrial engines components and systems closed the regular session up 29 cents at $68.54.
