SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Skilled Healthcare Group Inc. said late Friday it has hired Dev Ghose as its new chief financial officer.Current Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer John King and Skilled Healthcare have agreed mutually that King will leave the Foothill Ranch, Calif.-based acute care services company in late March.Ghose will join Skilled Healthcare on Jan. 17 during a transitional period until King's departure.Ghose was previously managing director international of Green StreetFinancial Advisors and CFO of Shurgard Storage Centers Inc.Skilled Healthcare's shares closed the regular session down 37 cents at $15.15.Brigid Gaffikinbg/gmCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
