Reed Elsevier says CFO Mark Armour sells shares in company

LONDON (AFX) - Reed Elsevier PLC, a publishing company, said its chief financial officer Mark Armour exercised options and sold 100,507 of its shares at an average price of 607.90 pence a share and now holds 100,743 shares in the company.

The company added Armour also sold 68,630 shares of Reed Elsevier NV at an average price of 13.29 eur a share and now holds 39,588 shares in it.
