SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Software company Selectica Inc. said Friday it received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that it has stayed its decision to delist its shares.The company said it received the notice on March 23.Selectica's shares are facing delisting because the company has delayed filing quarterly reports while it reviews past stock option granting practices.Selectica said it has until June 1 to submit additional information to the Nasdaq's listing council as it reviews the delisting.Shares closed up 3 cents at $1.94 on the Nasdaq.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
