MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Fitch Ratings said that Telefonica S.A.'s

acquisition of an indirect 10 pct interest in Telecom Italia is likely to be

credit neutral, with any resulting increase in leverage offset by the proceeds

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Alcatel-Lucent said it has won a

multi-million-euro contract from Indonesian mobile phone company PT Excelcomindo

Pratama Tbk to expand its network with new base stations, hardware, software and

network integration services.
