NEW YORK (AP) - A vice president of power tool and hardware maker Black & Decker Corp. exercised options for 8,500 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, Les H. Ireland reported he exercised the options Friday for $39.74 to $60.19 apiece and then sold all 8,500 shares on the same day for $92.34 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
