CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - ExxonMobil Corp. has agreed to repay more than $2 million it received from the state to clean up gasoline spills at some of its stations.The state paid the company from a fund dedicated to reimbursing companies for environmental cleanup work that is not covered by insurance.Attorney General Kelly Ayotte says the state's Oil Fund Disbursement Board demanded repayment from ExxonMobil when the board learned the company had received insurance payments for the cleanup.ExxonMobil disputed the claim but agreed to repay the money.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
