WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. Navy on Friday awarded a $9.8 million contract to a unit of United Technologies Corp. for CH-53 helicopter blade extenders.Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. will perform the work in Stratford, Conn. and Manchester, Conn. through September 2011.
