SEATTLE (AP) - Digital media company RealNetworks Inc. on Tuesday posted higher second-quarter sales, but a sharply lower profit against a year-ago period that was boosted by benefits from an antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft Corp.The company earned $1.3 million, or a penny per share, down from $38.9 million, or 22 cents per share, in the same period last year.Revenue jumped 52 percent, to $136.2 million from $89.4 million.Analysts, on average, were expecting break-even per-share results on revenue of $133.8 million, according to a poll by Thomson Financial.The year-ago results included benefits of $57.9 million from RealNetworks' antitrust settlement and commercial agreements with Microsoft.'We are pleased to again deliver record revenue and solid financial performance this quarter,' said Rob Glaser, chairman and chief executive, in a statement.Shares of RealNetworks fell 5 cents to $7.12.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
