VF completes premium denim acquisition |

NEW YORK (AP) - Clothing manufacturer VF Corp. said Friday it completed its acquisition of premium denim brand Seven For All Mankind LLC.The company said in July it would acquire the company along with Lucy Activewear Inc. for a combined $885 million.The Lucy acquisition closed on Monday.The brands will form a new VF unit, VF Contemporary Brands. Mike Egeck currently Seven For All Mankind chief executive, will serve as president of VF Contemporary Brands.VF expects Contemporary Brands will have 2007 revenue of $125 million.
