Nationwide Health increases dividend

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AFX) - Nationwide Health Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust that invests in health care facilities, said Tuesday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share, up 2 cents, or 5.1 percent, from the previous payment.

The dividend is payable March 2 to shareholders of record on Feb. 9.
