HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Techtronic Industries Co Ltd said it will complete today its 107 mln usd purchase of Whirlpool Corp's Hoover floor care business in the US.It said Hoover's floor care business will be integrated into the company's existing Dirt Devil and Royal operations in Ohio to create a new division to be called TTI Floor Care, which will be the largest floor care business in north America.(1 usd = 7.8 hkd)jun.concepcion@xfn.comjc/rc
