OTTAWA (Thomson Financial) - Bayer AG was fined 3.65 mln cad for participating in three international cartels that fixed prices for rubber chemicals, the Canadian Competition Bureau said.Bayer admitted the charges, which affected three groups of intermediate chemicals used in products including tires, hoses and shoes, the antitrust regulator said in a statement.A Bayer spokesman said the company had already been handed a fine for the same actions in the US in 2004.ludwig.burger@thomson.comlb/jmsCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
