Capital Properties raises dividend

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AFX) - Capital Properties Inc., which owns, leases and operates real estate properties, on Wednesday boosted its quarterly dividend by 25 percent to 5 cents per share.

The company paid a 4-cent dividend in the prior quarter.

Capital Properties will pay the dividend on Feb. 28 to shareholders of record on Feb. 14.

Shares of the company were unchanged at $23.70 on the American Stock Exchange.
