WEST CHESTER, Pa. (AFX) - Haas TCM, a provider of chemical management services, said Wednesday it has acquired Kemfast Aerospace.Kemfast Aerospace, a British supplier of aerospace chemicals and chemical management services, has 53 employees. The deal includes Kemfast Aerospace business units in Britain, Ireland and the United States.Haas TCM, headquartered in West Chester, has 300 employees.
