Providence and Worcester sets dividend

WORCESTER, Mass. (AFX) - Providence and Worcester Railroad Co. on Wednesday said its board declared a dividend of 4 cents per share.

The Worcester, Mass.-based company will pay the dividend Feb. 26 to shareholders of record Feb. 12.
