CACI completes acquisition of Athena Innovative Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - CACI International Inc. said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of Arlington, Va.-based Athena Innovative Solutions Inc. from Veritas Capital.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

CACI said the transaction is expected to slightly add to earnings over the next 12 months.

Athena, a provider of specialized services to the intelligence community and national security clients, is expected to generate revenue of about $110 million for full-year 2007.

Shares of CACI were up 64 cents at $52.60.
