NEW YORK (AP) - A director of chip maker Texas Instruments Inc. exercised options for 17,500 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, David L. Boren reported he exercised the options Friday for $21.55 to $26.50 apiece and then sold all 17,500 shares on the same day for $31.95 to $31.97 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
