Duke Realty 3Q FFO tops consensus outlook |

SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Duke Realty Corp. late Wednesday reported third-quarter net earnings of $57 million, or 39 cents a share, down from $68.2 million, or 45 cents a share, in the year-ago period.Funds from operations for the period ended Sept. 30 came in a $99.9 million, or 68 cents a share, versus $97.5 million, or 65 cents a share, last year.Analysts polled by Thomson Financial were expecting, on average, FFO of 67 cents a share.Revenue from continuing operations rose to $223.5 million from $218.5 million, the Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust said.For the fourth quarter, Duke forecast FFO of 78 cents to 82 cents a share, resulting in 2007 FFO of $2.71 to $2.75 a share.Analysts expects fourth-quarter FFO of 79 cents a share.Duke Realty shares closed the regular session at $32.15, up 5 cents.Gabriel MadwaygmCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
