NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Workstream Inc. Monday said it had received an unsolicited takeover offer from a U.S.-based payroll business.The compensation and employee management services company didn't name the company making the offer and didn't disclose any terms.Shares of Workstream closed Friday at 65 cents.
