Pixelplus withdraws lawsuit

NEW YORK (AP) - Pixelplus Co., a South Korea-based fabless semiconductor company, said Friday it withdrew a defamation lawsuit against MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC, another South Korea chip company.

The lawsuit, filed in Seoul Central District Court, was also for 'tortious interference with business relationships,' Pixelplus said.

Shares of Pixelplus rose 2 cents to close at $1.20 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
