Cofinimmo acquires Van Den Brande Group's real estate activities |

BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Belgian real estate company Cofinimmo SA said it has acquired Van den Brande Group's real estate activities for an undisclosed sum.The deal includes nine nursing homes in Belgium and land reserves of 25 hectares which will be used to build or extend another six nursing homes.By the end of 2008, when work is completed on the new nursing homes, Cofinimmo said the portfolio will have an investment value totaling 105.92 mln eur.nina.chestney@thomson.comnc/bsdCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
