News Corp to take up to 10 pct of ROO Group for undisclosed sum

NEW YORK (AFX) - News Corp will take as much as a 10 pct stake in ROO Group Inc, an online video technology provider, for an undisclosed sum.

News Corp will receive up to a 5 pct interest initially and a further 5 pct conditional on revenue targets.

The Wall Street Journal earlier reported that the deal was valued at about 12 mln usd.
