DRAMeXchange - 512Mb DDR2 DRAM spot prices stable in morning

TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - The average spot prices of 512 megabit (Mb) DDR2 DRAMs were stable when compared with their closing levels yesterday, according to online marketplace DRAMeXchange's latest tallies as of 11.00 am.

The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 533MHz DDR2 DRAMs was unchanged at 5.22 usd, and that of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 667MHz DDR2 DRAMs was flat at 5.15 usd.

Separately, DRAMeXchange said the average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was down 0.47 pct at 4.18 usd.

The average spot price of 256Mb, 32Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was down 0.62 pct from the previous session at 2.39 usd, and that of 256Mb, 16Mx16, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was down 1.68 pct at 2.34 usd.
