ZUTICH (AFX) - Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG (AFG) said full year sales rose by 10.7 pct to 1.244 bln sfr, up from 1.124 bln sfr last year and topping analysts average forecast of 1.219 bln sfr. After adjusting for acquisitions, organic growth came to 7.8 pct - almost triple the 2.7 pct recorded in 2005 -- with growth primarily driven by increased investment in Germany and other European export markets.Given the dynamic pace of the market growth, plus efficient cost management, operating results for 2006 should be at the upper end of expectation and thus higher than last year's, the Swiss building products supplier said.Detailed full year results are due to be published on March 20 2007.afx.zurich@afxnews.comjmt/jfrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
