BOSTON (AP) - Boston Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust that focuses on office space, said Wednesday that William M. Daley resigned from its board of directors, effective May 15.The company said Daley will leave to devote more time to other business interests. His departure will reduce its number of board members to nine. The company did not indicate if it plans to seek a successor.Shares of Boston Properties fell $1.28 to $118.23 in after-hours electronic trading, having closed earlier at $119.51 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
