Hochtief says it started strategic talks with new shareholder ACS |

DUESSELDORF, Germany (AFX) - Hochtief AG has begun talks with Spain's Actividades de Construcciones y Servicios (ACS) regarding its plans with regards to the German construction firm.Custodia Holdings AG said yesterday it sold its 25.08 pct stake in the German construction company to ACS for 1.264 bln eur.Hochtief CEO Herbert Luetkestratkoetter said the company expects to hold a face-to-face meeting with ACS on March 26.Custodia's controlling shareholder, August von Finck, said last December that he wanted to sell the 25.08 pct Hochtief stake, increasing speculation in the German press the company would be broken up.maria.sheahan@thomson.commas/ms1COPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
