Eurogold to sell Ukrainian gold assets to Resource Invest for up to 5 mln usd

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Eurogold Ltd said it has agreed to sell its Ukrainian gold mining assets to Illinois-based Resource Invest LLC for up to 5 mln usd.

Eurogold said it expects to complete the transaction before June 30 and, on completion.
