Man Group prices IPO of MF Global at 36-39 usd/share

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Man Group PLC said it will price the initial public offering of MF Global, its demerged broking arm, at 36-39 usd per share, implying a market value of between 4.6-5 bln usd.
